Leviticus 9:24

24Fire came out from the presence of the LORD and consumed the burnt offering and the fat portions on the altar. And when all the people saw it, they shouted for joy and fell facedown.


Note

This is how animal sacrifices to God were consumed.  Now we no longer need to sacrifice anything because Jesus is our sacrificial lamb.

John 1:29

The next day, John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.

Today's Word on Resurrection  Act 4:33 NKJV And with great power the apostles gave witness to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus.  And great grace  was upon them.
